The emotional and practical value of an assistance dog is priceless. Hachiko wants to avoid the financial barrier and offers the dogs for free.
Nevertheless the full program of selecting, training and placing an assistance dog costs about €25.000.
Hachiko is totally depending on donations, gifts and wills to fulfull its mission.
